您需要做的就是在tableView上调用reloaddata。要么你没有调用你认为正在调用它的tableView上的reloaddata，你的单元格没有在tableView：cellForRowAtIndexPath：中正确设置，或者你正在调用reloaddata而不在主线程上。
您不应该从UI线程对服务器进行同步调用。稍微阅读一下GCD。在对服务进行非阻塞调用时，函数dispatch_async将派上用场。
