RelativeLayout.LayoutParams params1 = new 
   RelativeLayout.LayoutParams(LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT, LayoutParams.WRAP_CONTENT); 

params1.addRule(RelativeLayout.ALIGN_PARENT_LEFT, RelativeLayout.TRUE);
yourTextview.setLayoutParams(params1);
