您应该将代理配置添加到/etc/apt/apt.conf

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://proxy-ip-or-hostname:port";

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://192.168.0.1:3128";

或使用身份验证

Acquire::http::Proxy "http://user:pass@192.168.0.1:3128";
