我正在尝试为IPN（paypal）验证设置回调处理程序。我知道curl会做什么，但我不知道'cacert.pem'是什么（证书......？）。

根据您需要设置（完整）目录路径的注释，如果pem文件与脚本位于同一目录中，那么这应该有效：

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_CAINFO, dirname(__FILE__) . '/cacert.pem');
