很久以前，GWT停止为windows，linux和mac维护独立的平台依赖库。 GWT 1.7是最后一个依赖平台的库。所以"linux-libs"在您的错误中没有意义。我猜你正在使用一个非常古老的gwt-maven-plugin。

转到最新gwt-maven-plugin。
使用<scope>provided</scope>表示gwt-dev依赖，以避免将其推入WEB-INF / lib（无害但多余）
使用global / central repository，而不是在本地安装用户repo。
