当涉及到URL路径时，JSP文件的位置无关紧要。重要的是浏览器显示的页面位置，即浏览器地址栏中显示的页面地址。

因此，如果页面地址为/webapp/foo/bar/someAction.html且图片位于/webapp/images/top.jpg，则路径应为/webapp/images/top.jpg（绝对路径，首选且更清晰）或{{1} （相对路径，如果移动文件或更改URL，则难以重构）。

我的建议：始终使用绝对路径，并使用JSTL的c：url标记来避免硬编码webapp的上下文路径：

../../images/top.jpg

以上一行将始终有效。
