看起来你正在绘制错误的位图

 Bitmap bitMapImage = new Bitmap(Image);
 using (Graphics graphImage = Graphics.FromImage(Image))

应该是

 Bitmap bitMapImage = new Bitmap(Image);
 using (Graphics graphImage = Graphics.FromImage(bitMapImage))
