服务内部我连接到web中的php并收到答案，然后我创建一个Notification（在服务中声明）向调用函数notifyNew（）的处理程序发送消息。

解决：解决了添加intentNot.addFlags（Intent.FLAG_ACTIVITY_SINGLE_TOP）;在通知之前创建意图。
