首先,你的temp数组是一个太短的元素:

int[] temp = new int[(last-first)];

由于lastfirst都包含在内,因此上述内容应为:

int[] temp = new int[last - first + 1];

你的程序的merge部分有一些错误(不包括NPE显示的错误),首先:

int mid = (last-first)/2;

应该是:

int mid = (last+first)/2;

其次,最后的3个for循环无论如何都在运行 - 但是你应该只运行a1 / a2的剩余部分。
