目标也必须包含文件名:

sSource = "C:\something.txt"
sTarget = "C:\folder\something.txt"

File.Copy(sSource, sTarget, True)

File.Copy(sSource, Path.Combine(sFolder, Path.GetFileName(sSource)), True)

您还可以使用FileStream读取和写入文件内容。如果您使用文件流,则可以读写所有类型的二进制文件,而不仅仅是文本文件。
