Windows服务中的WCF主机：System.Net.WebException：远程服务器返回错误：（404）Not Found

许多WCF服务托管在一个窗口中。   当Windows服务刚刚运行时，wcf服务端点运行良好。经过长时间运行，wcf服务已关闭。但是，这次负载并不重，而是服务量下降。

关闭后，当我通过Internet浏览器或客户端应用程序访问端点时，它们都抛出以下异常。

    System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: 
    There was no endpoint listening at http://serviceip/servicename that could accept 
the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, 
    if present, for more details. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned 
    an error: (404) Not Found.
