这对我来说是一个非常愚蠢的错误。当我删除这些行时，我最终得到了所有工作：

[tableView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];

和

[headerView setTranslatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints:NO];

我在同一个视图控制器中使用了viewWillLayoutSubviews和viewDidLayoutSubviews，在使用单viewWillLayoutSubviews进行管理后，它对我有效。
