您缺少必需的套餐：

rvm get head
rvm requirements run
rvm remove 1.9.3
rvm use 1.9.3 --install --default
gem install rails

我有同样的问题...在'sudo apt-get install build-essentials'之后运行'rvm reinstall 1.9.3'为我修复了它。我想也许红宝石没有注意到我安装gcc时，仍然认为我没有它。
