我修复了local-infile = 1，没什么用。它只是给我错误

我突然在0.3.11 gem的mysql2版本中遇到了同样的错误。由于我已经使用该版本一段时间了，我认为它与另一个gem有某种依赖性问题。尝试升级到版本0.3.12b5，为我修复它。
