解决此问题的故障单中的常用方法是导出shell LANG环境变量。

为我工作，但通过编辑manage.py来实现这一目的，django-admin创建了一个与以前不同的目录结构，并且我将诸如settings.py，urls.py之类的文件移出子目录。
