您的问题不是很明确，已完成/正在进行中是什么意思？问题的现状？并说我如何查看你到底是什么意思？从Jira看到他们？每周发一次邮件？

无论如何，如果通过说已完成/正在进行，则表示问题已关闭/未关闭，并且您正在寻找正确的JQL查询，而不是：

上周关闭：

project = Development and status = Closed and updated >= "-7d"

上周工作但尚未结束：

project = Development and status != Closed and updated >= "-7d"

上周开放，但未关闭：

project = Development and status != Closed and created >= "-7d"
