您使用的是什么设备?如果您使用的是模拟器,那么API的级别是什么?
如果API低于3 Android则不支持操作栏。仅当API等于或大于3时,才会应用NoActionBar主题。
根据我在Nexus中移植一个API 2.3的经验,即使我想显示操作栏,屏幕顶部只有一个细条。
