将tablelayout包装在另一个relativelayout中，然后将“footer”relativelayout放在tablelayout下面，并使用页脚上的layout_below属性将其保存在表格布局下

         android:layout_below="@+id/TableLayout"
         stuff...></RelativeLayout>

</RelativeLayout>
</ScrollView>

为了让“footer”RelativeLayout始终位于底部，只需将其放置如下：

      <TableLayout
