libexif不支持直接加载JPG。你需要另一个包来读取JPG并提取EXIF标题(或者你可以自己写一些东西)。

请注意,在示例中,它只是创建一个新的exif标头,然后使用fwrite将其保存到文件中,然后在此部分代码中将原始JPG数据附加到exif信息的末尾:
