2002 - 服务器没有响应（或者没有正确配置本地MySQL服务器的套接字）

Question

我目前在xampp上收到此错误。我正在研究一个PHP然后我刚刚重新启动我的电脑然后当我打开php我的管理员..它显示我这个错误..不知道发生了什么。现在该做什么..我搜索了很多..但没有什么帮助？
