You have to build Inkscape with

otherwise the LPE won't show in the LPE dialog.
(uncommenting line 9 in src/live_effects/effect.cpp will do the trick) 

但是，我找不到effect.cpp文件，也没有任何其他方法来启用实验性LPE。有人知道怎么做吗？
