if(!isset($_SESSION['cart_'.$_GET['add']])) 
       $_SESSION['cart_'.$_GET['add']] = 0;

$_SESSION['cart_'.$_GET['add']]+='1';

和

    echo $_SESSION['cart_1'];
else
    echo "session cart_1 not defined";
