我强烈建议您采取不同的方法。你正在走的路有两个大问题：

似乎代码使用的是已弃用的客户端登录身份验证机制，并且使用的是用户名/密码而不是OAuth。
使用已弃用的文档列表API而不是较新的Drive API。

由于你可以调用java，我建议用普通的Java编写上传代码，然后根据需要从你的CF页面调用它。
