您无法将使用sqlite3 gem的项目推送到Heroku - 它们不支持sqlite3数据库。您必须使用Heroku's Postgres或您自己的数据库解决方案，您的应用程序可以连接到Heroku之外。

正如Veraticus所说，Heroku不支持SQLite数据库。如果您想继续使用SQLite进行开发，可以在Gemfile中添加以下gem sqlite3行：

end

Heroku不会安装仅用于开发的gem（根据堆栈跟踪的bundle install --without development:test部分），因此它不会尝试安装sqlite3 gem，您可以继续使用它进行开发
