这绝对是一个包问题，因为依赖关系没有足够严格地指定。如果一个包跟在Package Versioning Policy之后，如果你能满足依赖关系，那么应该构建包。

查看fay包描述我注意到几乎没有任何依赖具有下限或上限。所以基本上，你必须进行实验。

查看代码，我看到错误中提到的reader为Options.Applicative.Builder.reader。此函数已将类型签名更改为0.4.3和0.5.0之间，因此请尝试通过将--constraint "optparse-applicative < 0.5"传递给cabal install来降级optparse-applicative。
