strptime（）函数未定义

我对strptime()函数有一个奇怪的问题。

php手册中不需要安装php扩展程序，并且可以在 PHP 5＆gt; = 5.1.0 中使用。我在Windows 7上用 php 5.3.5 安装了wamp服务器。但是当我调用这个函数时，它会返回一个致命的错误，上面写着function strptime is undefined。我无法理解什么是问题。这个功能在win7中可用吗？
