听起来这个程序只是找不到libgd的头文件。如果您查看该tarbar,它是包含标头的源tarball。编译和安装它时,它会在某处安装库和标头。你需要弄清楚在哪里。

运行./configure --help

应该有一个像--with-gd =这样的选项,该选项可以告诉它安装libgd的路径。指定安装它的路径,它应该可以工作。
