Accept标头修改为zoo，foo标头添加了值bar，但Content-Type保持不变。我想我可以使用过滤器并根据某些条件修改Content-Type，甚至基于foo标题，但这似乎是反直觉的。

如果要自定义整个邮件，则必须使用Service.Mode.MESSAGE而不是Service.Mode.PAYLOAD。

Content-Type是与消息相关的属性。
