Blogger css下拉菜单仅在IE中向右移动子菜单项

我正在尝试在博客中添加一个css下拉菜单到我的博客。

我正在使用我在下拉菜单中找到的一些代码。它在Firefox和Chrome中运行完美，但在IE中却不行。我正在使用IE9，但有一个元标记来模拟IE7。在IE中，子菜单项向右移动而不是直接出现在主菜单项下方。 （以我的代码为例，当我悬停时，“2010访谈”，“2011访谈”等不直接在“无线电访谈”下。它们向右移动。

我一直试图解决这个问题4天。我对编码不是很好，所以即使我已经为解决方案做了很多研究，我也不明白也无法做到正确。我希望有人可以帮助我，否则我就会放弃。
