希望您现在已经解决了问题,但我认为您遇到的问题是您将相机预览设置为null,并且需要有效的SurfaceView作为预览来关闭闪光灯(至少在Galaxy Nexus和其他一些三星设备上......)

除此之外,但可能有所帮助,我必须在startPreview和takePicture之间添加一个Thread.Sleep(500),如果我想让我的照片变成黑色的话。

尝试使用if语句来测试您使用的文件路径是否是这样的真实目录

只是说“sdcard”通常是一个坏主意,因为它在多个设备上有所不同。最好创建自己的目录来存储文件。
