我想你应该从official documentation开始。使用JFileChooser非常简单,您只需:

  • 根据您正在执行的操作显示打开或保存对话框
  • 检查show函数的返回值,以查看用户是否有效地选择了文件
  • 检索FilegetSelectedFile()方法
  • 可选择使用自定义FileFilter让用户只看到您想要的文件类型
