使用连接：

sqlplus / as sysdba
```

安装包：

@/home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/rdbms/admin/dbmsobtk.sql
@/home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/rdbms/admin/prvtobtk.plb
