重写不工作

我绝对迷茫，尝试任何愚蠢的事情。可能你知道情况。我在这里以及谷歌的许多帖子中都尝试过提示，但没有任何帮助。我在我的Apache上加载了重写模块（由phpinfo检查）。对于我创建了.htaccess的网站，其中存储了当前简单的规则：

RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^/certifikaty\.html$ certifikaty.php

所以，我希望http://www.contech.cz/certifikaty.html会显示http://www.contech.cz/certifikaty.php。不幸的是没有。所以，我在httpd.conf中设置了这些行：

RewriteLogLevel 9
RewriteLog "logs/rewrite.log"

创建了文件（rewrite.log），但即使在服务器重启后它也是空的。

我找到了解决方案 - 我的httpd.conf中有指令AllowOveride None。这意味着所有httpd.conf都被忽略....
