在第36行附近：

 $resourceUrl = "$apiUrl/customers/create";

删除最后的create。所以现在是：

 $resourceUrl = "$apiUrl/customers/";

您已经有OAUTH_HTTP_METHOD_POST为REST指定此动词。所以生成的资源网址应为：http://localhost/magento/api/rest/customers/

您获得的错误是HTTP 405 Method Not Allowed，意味着您的终端不允许POST或不了解它。在你的情况下，它是后者。

官方magento rest api只允许您创建具有管理员权限的客户。使用管理员权限执行此操作或仅为访客权限实现自定义权限。
