错误的DeploymentDescriptorLoadException消息意味着您的web.xml可能有问题。检查PROFILE_HOME / logs / SERVER / SystemOut.log（如果从控制台部署）或PROFILE_HOME / logs / wsadmin.traceout（如果从wsadmin部署）。其中一个日志应该有一个异常堆栈跟踪，其中包含一些包含真正问题的“由...引起的”。
