我发现了问题，我也找到了解决方案的一些开端。
显式启用的复选框在导出到wpf时不会检查。我想开发人员在编写代码时的想法是，只能手动检查一张纸上的复选框。最不幸的是，我想以编程方式检查它们。
我也找到了解决这个问题的方法。已禁用的复选框显示为已选中且未选中。当然主要的缺点是它们都是灰色的，就像看起来像残疾复选框一样。

RadioButtons也会出现同样的问题。我通过在打印前在PrintPreview窗口中显示我的FixedDocument来解决它（使用DocumentViewer）（链接：http://www.nbdtech.com/Blog/archive/2009/07/09/wpf-printing-part-4-ndash-print-preview.aspx）。
