编译C程序时,MSVC不允许声明遵循块中的语句(它使用旧的C90规则 - 在1999标准中将对语句混合的声明添加到C中)。

double *ptr的声明移至matrix_read()的顶部:

您是使用c99还是c89进行编译?

错误似乎是因为您在函数体内定义了一个变量(在c99中允许而不是c89)。将double *ptr移到函数的开头,然后只需将ptr = mat->matrix;指定给现在的错误。
