箭头向上和向下箭头的位置最初是在Sprite图像中的单个gif中

Question

我用sprite-css图片替换了Polyglot下拉箭头。我可以向上显示箭头但不向下悬停箭头图像（左下角），因为它是单个gif图像： http://www.bestjob.my/mod/LanguageSwitcher/images/arrow-down.gif
