请勿在您的用户名中使用特殊字符。
“Krystu ”那个？ sign表示您的用户名存在问题。

解决方案：使用以管理员身份运行选项执行Aptana Studio 3。
我在Windows 8.1下遇到了同样的问题。我的用户名是Iván，但我发现问题不是名称。如果您以管理员身份运行应用程序，则没有任何问题。
另外，我试了Changing the User Bundle Directory没有运气。
