想出来了。它在错误的地方寻找XCode。使用此命令修复：
sudo xcode-select -switch /Developer/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
（而不仅仅是/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer，我认为它可以默认安装）
