结果证明这是一个非常微妙（但尚未确定）的阶级冲突问题。将转换器移动到单独的类库后，它工作正常。

我找到了问题的解决方案。

原来这个设置：

application.ScreenUpdating = False

是原因。它会触发Word中的错误，导致边框无法呈现。
