经过一些研究后，似乎这个错误是由IMB WebSphere客户端v6.0.0.0安装中缺少的文件引起的。

无法在此处找到更新版本的websphere客户端：

虽然CLIENT修订包版本6.0.1.1不可用，但我能够使用修订包版本6.0.2.1获得适应性工作。
