WCF服务：如何将访问地址从localhost更改为真实IP地址

我在IIS上托管我的WCF服务。

我在介绍使用POST创建RESTful WCF服务API http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/201901/CREATE-RESTful-WCF-Service-API-Using-POST-Step-By之后。

我可以使用网址http://localhost:16043/Service1.svc/PostSampleMethod/New

访问该服务

但如果我将localhost更改为本地IP地址，则无法访问该服务。

如何配置让远程计算机通过其IP访问我的WCF服务？

我找不到任何可以在Web.config文件中更改我的WCF服务的默认访问IP地址和端口的地方。
