如何获取系统权限？

我正在为我们的公司构建Metadata deployment，部分部署包括创建几个新的配置文件。我们正在尝试捕获这些配置文件的所有权限，但似乎无法在我们的测试运行中获得匹配的系统权限。

我知道当你检索个人资料对象时，what you get is dynamic, based on what other object you are retrieving.（见第4章子弹2）
