Win32_NetworkAdapter不支持XP下的speed属性,根据http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/aa394216(v=vs.85).aspx

  

Windows Server 2003,Windows XP,Windows 2000和Windows NT 4.0:此属性尚未实现。它默认返回NULL值。

相反,请使用具有相同属性的CIM_NetworkAdapter类。
