我遇到了同样的问题。这是因为我不小心使用了带有符号链接的相对路径。

您确定使用了完整路径，例如：

ln -s /etc/nginx/sites-available/example.com.conf /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/example.com.conf

到

include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*.*;
