从netbeans创建MySQL数据库

After installing the plugin, start the MySQL database by expanding
the Databases node in the Services window, right-clicking the
MySQL Server node and choosing Start.

但我的Netbeans 7.2中没有这样的start选项。实际上MySQL数据库实际上是jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/mysql?zeroDateTimeBehavior=convertToNull [myname on Default schema]。虽然它列出了我现有的数据库，但是没有办法执行教程所需的步骤2到4。我正在使用XAMPP for MySQL。我有Mac OS X Lion 10.8。
