该问题是在Views目录中的web.config文件的名称空间部分中添加Sitecore.Kernel名称空间的结果。删除它解决了问题。

由于它正在动态编译，或许你可以将sitecore dll复制到临时ASP.NET文件夹中，因为显然它是在编译而不是运行时发生错误，因此bin中没有问题？只是一个猜测。
如果这不起作用，可能请检查版本或尝试删除临时ASP.NET文件夹中的所有内容并重试。

我的问题是目标框架。当我遇到这个问题时，我在.NET 4.5上。我升级到.NET 4.6，问题就消失了。
