你的CPU工具挂钩的原因是因为你的OnExecute
事件处理程序实际上没有做任何事情,所以每个连接线程都在有效地运行一个紧凑的循环,不会给等待CPU的其他线程带来CPU时间片时间。您需要在该事件处理程序中进行一个让步操作。一旦你实现了你的实际命令,你就会ReadLn()
