仅限命令行工具（无Xcode）方法

下载并安装Mac OS X Developer Command Line Tools
运行sudo xcode-select --switch /usr/bin。有关详细信息，请参阅homebrew issue 10245
重试npm install iconv

Xcode版本（我未经测试）

下载并安装完整的Xcode
再次尝试npm install iconv。如果它有效，那就完成了。
如果您收到相同的错误，请尝试sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app，然后重试npm install iconv
